This is a 2-days, linear route, of few km but demanding, with strong uphills, for already rolled cyclists, that stars in Navas del Rey, and goes through western Madrid mountains and San Vicente mountain range, to finish in Talavera de la Reina.
A route that almost entirely runs by forest roads and ravines, through fantastic dehesas of holm oaks and junipers, of mixed forests of chestnut and pine. These scenarios, limited by the rivers Alberche and Tiétar, served to the famous Lusitanian leader Viriato to face the Roman expansion.
This route runs through the San Vicente mountain range and valleys of the Tiétar and Alberche, sites classified as SCI (Site of Community Importance) in the Natura 2000 network.
