This is a five-day circular route for beginners eager to ride along trails and ravines in the unique setting of the Bardenas Reales.
We'll explore this Biosphere Reserve in depth, with its semi-desert landscapes, where the erosion of clay, gypsum, and sandstone has sculpted whimsical shapes and ravines, flat plateaus, and solitary hills. Starting in Tudela, we'll travel through the Bardenas Reales Natural Park until we return to the banks of the Ebro, enjoying a few kilometers along the Imperial Canal of Aragón.
Since 2000 the Bardenas Reales are a Biosphere Reserve.
This route runs through the Bardenas Reales, El Plano-Blanca Alta, Rincón del Bu-La Nasa-Tripazul, and Loma la Negra, areas protected as SAC (Special Area of Conservation), within the Natura 2000 Network.
